I feel frustrated with my therapist. She told me in the beginning that she will do most of the listening and I will do most of the talking. That can be very annoying at times especially when you want some kind of answer. But I also make an excuse for everything she throws at me. So I can see where I am very frustrating to her. Eh. I feel so disappointed right now.
